BrightLife Agent App
We worked with the team at BrightLife Uganda to understand the issues in onboarding new sales agents and tracking their leads, sales and commissions. We also built a bespoke dashboard to manage new and existing agents (biodata and activation), manage products in circulation and track sales efficiently across different time periods.
During the corona pandemic, BrightLife was able to efficiently onboard over 400 agents new and existing agents onto this platform to boost sales.
The app also included gamification calculated on percentage of conversions to allow agents to improve their performance.
A single mobile application that has the dual purpose of improving agent productivity as well as better manage a distributed network of 100+ agents.
